Timing Belt Tensioner 200 89

I'm trying to think, Can I replace the tensioner without taking everything apart? I'm trying to remember, can I take off the top cover without taking off any Belts, I think I can do it.

Thoughts.

I know I should have done it when I did the belt but there was no hint of bearing s getting tired.
