Yes.

Ummm.... I think you'll still need to remove the fan, water pump pulley, and alternator belts.

When you pull back the tensioner and insert the locking pin, a good idea is to stuff a rag down alongside the t-belt to keep it pushed against the crank sprocket. This prevents it from disengaging with the teeth and skipping timing.

Torque on the tensioner nut is 37 lb.-ft.
