Timing Belt Pulley Removal-crankshaft 700 1989

How do I get the ^%$@$@ toothed pulley off the crankshaft so I can replace the seal? I already have the main pulley, the "harmonic balancer" off.

Also, the timing belt pulley wiggles back and forth easily...like the key is slightly eaten up. The old harmonic balancer (I'm replacing it) also wiggles. The key, I assume that upright thing is a key holding it in place, must be worn. How do I get the "key" out to replace it?
