Squeeking Belt Noise at start up 200 1990

Hello fellow Brick Owners...

I have a '90 245 with 233,000 miles on it. Recently, I have developed an irritating belt noise at start up. The belt will squeel like a stuck pig for about a minute and then go away. It only happens at start up and it doesn't seem to matter if it is the first time in the morning or later in the day. After the first mile or so of driving, it goes away.

The car has a 5 speed transmission and the squeel gets louder as the RPMs increase. After a little while, silence. I can turn up the stereo and not hear the belt myself but my neighbors are getting a little tired of my Volvo.

All of the belts seem tight and everything else is working great.

Any ideas?

Thanks is advance for any help.
