Parting out 1972 142e --- what to keep? 140-160 1972

I am about to junk a 1972 142e. This vehicle has about 250K miles on it, is running, but has structural rust that prevents it from passing inspection in NJ. The engine has good oil pressure and compression, the M40 shift perfectly, etc. I'm thinking of saving the following:

-- Good manifold air pressure sensor (replacement, not orig.)

-- exhaust manifold

-- lamp assemblies and lenses

-- USA Motorola alternator (NOT SEV) with solid state alternator

-- cylinder head??

-- other FI components??

-- M40?? (still, everyone seems to want an M41)

-- what else?

Please advise me! What's parts are too useful to junk?
