used fuel pump 700 87

Greetings board,

I removed the fuel pump from the car, thinking it was bad. It wasnt bad.

This pump has been sitting on the shelf for a couple of years. Now Im thinking about using it. The pump was good when removed from the car.

Is there any reason why I shouldnt use this fuel pump. The pump has been sealed.
