B23F conversion into B23FT, or swap in B21? 200 1983

Hey o, I'm considering doing the apparently complicated conversion of a B23F to a B23FT using B21 parts. Were I to only switch the head off my car and bolt on the B21 head, and add all necessary turbo hardware, what is the maximum pressure I could run? I'd prefer to not have to remove the block from my car, since this is time consuming and would require equipment currently not in my posession i.e. engine hoist. Would it make more sense to just toss my engine and buy a full B21FT? Opinions? thanks
