K-Jet/Thermal Time Switch/Which Wire? 200 80

Troubleshooting a really hard-starting cold 240 and found that there is nothing connected to the Thermal Time Switch (disconcerting at best). The harness was haphazardly repaired here and there by PO and I have found two wires that *may* be the ones I need to connect, but there is no Bosch connector at the end to verify -- just bare, taped wire.

Found a blue/yellow and white wire together that are loose, hanging down near the front of the starter solenoid that are the right length. According to both Haynes and the following archive, these are the right wires:

Somebody please tell me these are the right wires AND maybe tell me which one goes to which post on the thermal time switch or does it even matter? Thanks an abundance.
