Your ignition is retarded. Fix it soon or damage manifold and

pipes.

I set mine to 21-24° BTDC at idle. If it has vacuum, LEAVE IT CONNECTED.

If it speeds up, adjust idle speed at carbs and recheck, because

you don't want to get up into centrifugal advance rpm.

If you get excessive pinging/pinking under heavy load, back it off

2 or 3°.

You'll find cooler running and a lot more power.
