No power, sluggish 200 1986

My car has been acting funny lately. I doesn't seem to want to run. I changed the plugs,rotor,cap and air filter thinking it would improve the performance. I really needed a tuneup anyway. The problem is it won't idle when cold but then when it's warmed up it runs Ok but still on the top end when I shift it seems to lack power but just a little. You can tell that the car is trying to go but it seems like there was more top end before. Perry
