Left front lower than right front, why? 200 1988

Hello Readers -

Ever since I bought the car from the original owner I have noticed that it seems tilted. Noting noticeable while driving, just looks "off".

Finally I measured it to see if my eyes were wrong. On concrete, tape measure from center of tire footprint thru axle center to inside of top fender roll. There is a half-inch difference, RH higher.

PO told me about a collision wife had with garage door on the RF corner. I think he lied, collision was worse. There is a Volvo inventory sticker on the fan shroud, so it's a replacement. What he described would not have impacted the shroud.

So, what are possible causes? One saggy spring? Twisted anti-sway bar? I am stumped.

All info gratefully appreciated.

Bob
