Turbo head on a non-turbo B230f? 700 1988

Hey all,

I was thinking today about the possibility of putting a turbo head onto a non turbo engine, with the possibility of eventually putting a low pressure turbo on, and different cam. The thing that worries me the most is the distributor. I mean, there is the space to put it on to a turbo head, so could it easily be done? Eventually, i want to put a low pressure turbo on, (simple set up) and the sodium filled valves would come in handy. I know that my N/A has the weaker conrods, but i'm gonna have a B230ET in build (only a conservative 200kw+!), another question, which is stronger and has the better fuel system, the B230ET or the B23ET? I'd be interested to know, before i start the build!!! Thanks all

Azza
