Fuel sender information Please 200 83

I have a slight problem that I hope is going to be easy to solve.

I am getting great gas milage since my last fill up! Guage has not moved from full even after 200 plus miles. Although it would be great if I could patent and sell the high milage making technique, reality tlls me sooner or later I'm going to run out of gas.

My question for someone who has troubleshot this before: Is the sender at full guage providing an open circuit(infinit) or full ground (zero).

Voltage regulator is OK as the temp guage is reacting properly at all times. I'm just driving and not using fuel.

Thanks,

Duane
