Driveshaft, center bearing (how to) 200 84

I'm about to replace the center bearing on my 84 245, I've got all of the parts on order, and I need some insight on what to expect. I know about indexing the shafts to keep them in sync, my questions are this.

(1) is this a sealed bearing? or is it one that I will have to pack? if it is what does it need, standard bearing grease?

(2) I plan to pull the yoke out, clean and lubricate the splines, but what do I do about the internal splines in the front shaft? I would not want to spray a chemical in there that would later contaminate the new grease, or should I not worry about it and lube just the yoke and shove it in? once again what type of grease?

Thanks,
