Where can I get a 95mm rear o/d flange? 1800 71

Looks slike all I need is the flange...? I just took a measurement and the 'J' typeO/D that I have has a 85mm flange and the d/s has a 95mm flange.

Where can I get a 95mm rear o/d flange?
