Dash Lights with a mind of their own.... 200 1982

Hello all,

My 82 has been doing something wierd. Whenever I stop short or hit the right bump all my dash lights light up briefly then go out. Anyone seen this before? Any help is appreciated.

Also as a side note got the Turbo through emissions, new Cat did the trick.
