Firing order on 740 700 1988

I'm finally working on mu 740Ti! BUT...... While borrowing parts to work on another car I screwed up the wiring.

Can someone tell me, While looking at the cam driven distributor, from left to right, what wires go to which plugs?

Secondly, I'm not lookig forward to working on the cam distributor, AT ALL but is it really an improvement in performance. I was just wondering why they positioned it there.
