old gasoline in the tank 200 1983

We are about ready to revive the 1983 wagon that has been sitting in the backyard for two or three tears so that the youngest kid can use it.There was some gas in it when it was put there. Will it be necessary to drain the tank ,put in some fresh,or what? Any advice is appreciated.Thanks.Jim Barrett
