What's Best For "Restoring" Body Finish 200 90

So I got an 11 year old car with 11 year old finish. Minor scratches. Some down to metal, others just 1 or two coats deep. No oxidation. Wouldn't even say the finish is "faded". Just spots (like dried water spots) and missing that "new car" look.

There's so much shit out there for body appearance. Polishes, waxes, clay, soft cleaners, hard cleaners, Muthers', Maguire's, women's sweat during a full moon. No wait, that's for something else. Anyway, I don't know enough to get the right stuff. I'm interested in getting the "brilliance" back and also getting UV protection. OK, what you guys say?

TIA
