bad spark? 200 1977

Greetings all-

I am still having trouble with the rough idle on my 1977 244 w/B21F engine. I tuned it up a couple of weeks ago, but it still is rough. I just replaced all of the spark plug wires (Bosch) and coil wire, spark plugs, rotor, and distributor cap. I also timed it. But still rough. The compression for each cylinder is fine. When it is running, and I pull out the wire for #3 or 4 spark plug, the engine doesn't change. But if I pull #1 or 2 out, the engine dies. I pulled each plug out one at a time to see if a spark was getting to it, and it was. Now, the car has very little power and struggles to idle.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated (newbie), because I an running out of ideas and I think my wife is thinking that I shouldn't have bought the car . . .

Thanks-

Joe H.C.
