Size of the rear brake line? 140-160 1970

Does anyone know off-hand what the size of the fittings are on the rear brkae lines?

My 145 has the passenger-side brake line pinched and I want to replace it, but I'd like to buy the line before taking the old one off. My trusty old Volvo service manual doesn't mention anything about this.

I think the sizes of lines I saw on the wall at NAPA are 3/8 and 1/2, and there could very well be more.
