Throttle Shaft Kit Parts 120-130 1968

I recently ordered a throttle shaft kit (#276292) for my 68 wagon and It contained two throttle spindles(shafts), four bushings, four screws, two throttle flaps(plates), and two fuel bowl gaskets. I'm assuming this is a kit for two carburettors, however the slot cut in the new throttle spindles for the flaps are a little different from each other. One is #237094 and the other is #237094-8. Hanes manual along with other Volvo reading material doesn't say what goes where. Does it matter? Front carb, rear carb? Please let me know. Thanks again Brickboard!
