Strangely enough I have found replacement balls of small diameter at my corner ACE Hardware store. They may be unique, call around first to be sure your corner store has'em. Also, after cleaning out the glop and crud from the switch, put a little dielectric grease on each contact point and ball, it'll keep the corrosion at bay a little better.
