Broken timing belt... Need advice 200 1984

This is an update to my previous message about my 84 240DL wagon that is not starting. I thought I had a bad starter or coil but then, thanks to the advice from this board, I discovered that I have a broken timing belt. One of the previous posts said that the B23 engine is "non-interference" so there should not be any engine damage. I hope!! Please advise on the easiest way to replace the belt. I have A/C and P/S, so I assume I will have to remove those belts to get the timing belt on. My manual says I need to line the timing marks up on the cam pulley, intermediate pulley and the crank pulley. It looks like the belt is just tensioned with the nut on the end of the spring loaded tensioner. Is that true? Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks. Keith
