The crutchfield guys advise using a non-ported enclosure/box in the trunk on the theory the sound propagates easily through the back seat and rear deck. They also prefer the non-ported vs ported enclosure.

Anyone put one in a 740T sedan?

My initial impulse is to put a 6-8" subwoofer or pair of them in the rear deck (whatever will fit) and mount a sub amp on the rear seat back in the trun, but I'm open to suggestion....
