I have been noticing A gas smell coming from the engine compartment of my 90 744ti lately. I have not found A source of the leak but it seems to be coming from the throttle body area.

The engine is in good shape and runs well except at WOT when it seems to be surging. I checked the FPR by pulling the hose and there was not any fuel in the line. I also turned the engine over with the hose disconnected and fuel was not discharged.

Any help would be appreciated.
