flushing radiator ALL 1988

I am trying to flush my radiator but am not sure where the plug is.

I have been under the car (on the psgr side) looking up, trying to loosen something at the bottom psgr side.

Should I have the hood open and be looking down at the radiator? If so, is the wing-nut (is it a wing-nut?) underneath the radiator hose?

If so, is the radiator hose that big hose at the bottom (psgr side) ?

If so, how do you get those hoses off when they are stuck to the thing they go on? What is the trick?

The mechanic wanna-be...

Thanks
