motor mounts 700 88

I have my turbo & exhaust manifold out on my 740T to replace my exhaust gaskets and was wondering if I should replace my motor mounts, The stainless strap is broken on it, otherwise it looks fine. How can you tell you need a new one. Car has only 103,000km on it.
