AC O-rings for R134 and AC instructions.. 200 1991

Hi there,

After this weekend, I am convinced that I NEED to install my new AC system and get it working.

The main reason I bought the Bentley manual was that it was so hyped up and I figured it would show how to rebuild the AC system.. But NO..

I'm curious if anyone has VOlvo service manuals with the 1991 and newer r134 systems covered?? I would pay someone for copies of info on a teardown/install of the system, plus charging info

I've never done an AC system before, but what the heck.. mine is all leaked out of R134, so I'm good to take stuff apart hopefully...

Anyone got any URL's for AC repair I can read up on??

I have a new compressor, dryer/receiver, and expansion valve I am installing.

My current system is still in tact, with a broken compressor..

I want to install all the new parts and go have it charged somewhere with the oil and R134... (or do any of you have better recommendations such as freeze 12, etc..)

I got a couple of bags of O-rings with the dryer.. They are blue in color.

Will these work for my system, or do I specifically need to order Yellow ones??

Also, how much am I looking to spend once I take the empty system to a service station to refill it with the R134??

Thanks for any advice.

Sweating my butt off,

Luke
