Roger,

Glad that you were successful in solving your OD problem!

But, I recall Don saying that bad solder connections in these relays aren't always obvious. I don't mean to be a jerk, but I bet that you could have resoldered the existing relay for $0 and been back in business in about 10 minutes.

But now you have a back-up. :-)
