Far out, stuff in the US is CHEAP!!! Personally, even if that car didn't HAVE an engine (and is in some form of reasonable condition, i.e. not been in huge accidents) in australia for $1600 (approx. after conversion), i'd go out and buy the car RIGHT NOW......You can't pick up one of those for ANYTHING under about 8-9000 aussie dollars.........GO FOR IT......Check it for major rust, major interior destruction, but otherwise, for that price, even if it needs a new turbo (possible), it's still a bargin!
