Changing the cam on an OHC engine really is only a coupla hours. It's a great time to also install a new timing belt, tensioner, and front seals (if needed).

If you had the earlier B20 pushrod engine (last year in the US was '75) then changing the cam would be a much more involved project -- but still wouldn't require pulling the engine.
