Prime sudpects are relays already mentioned plus hall sensor in distributor and ignition power stage. If while cranking and you have no start condition look at tach to see if it is nudging up slightly. If it does not I would then suspect hall or power stage and if it does then problem would be fuel related and relays mentioned would be suspect.

BTY installation of radio probably not related to problem. Radio supression relay is not even in the radio circuit, it just quietens injector electrical noise to allow radio to operate without interference.
