Fan Removal and R134 A/C Retrofit 700 1991

(1) Trying to replace the belts on the '91 740 past weekend. I stopped and put everything back, well, not everyting, the fan shroud was as far as I can go. The nuts and screws around fan blades are very tough to turn and I was not sure if they were the right parts to remove.

(2) A/C hose leaks oil. Thought it might be a good time to replace the A/C system from R12 to R134. Should I go ahead with the project?

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.
