hot/cold air shutter 700 88

Any drawbacks to locking the hot/cold air shutter in the air box to the cold side. I live in the south so it doesn't get real cold in the winter, but I'd be interested to know what the lowest recommended temp to do this would be.

Car seems to be running much better. (I can see why, what with the diameter differential between the two inputs.)
