Where to get the best head? 140-160

Now that I've gotten your attention:

Which is the best head for a street B20 with twin SU carbs?

I know of a salvage yard that has 1975, 1971, 1974 and 1972

B20 motors. All are FI motors, and seem to be in okay condition.

Which would be best for use on a carbed B20 with D grind cam?

To my knowledge:

* early FI flow best and have high compression, but have normal

un-hardened valve seats

* later FI have more restricted flow

* last FI have hardened valve seats (is this only on cars with

factory cat or on all cars?) but lower compression and lower

flow.

suggestions?

chris
