Sounds maybe like dirty switches. You can replace them, or with care, disassemble, clean, lube, and reassemble them.

A pencil eraser works very well for cleaning the contacts. Lube with synthetic grease, but do it sparingly, and KEEP IT OFF the electrical contacts.

Note that dirty switch in the driver's door can still prevent passengers from opening the other windows.
