Seized Spark Plugs 200 1980

Two years ago I replaced the head on my B21F engine of my 1980 242. I got it from a junk yard, had it checked at a machine shop and also had them do a valve job. After I replaced the head I installed new Bosch platinum spark plugs.

For months I have also been suffering coolant loss and have not noticed any leaking but need to refill the reservoir weekly. Yesterday I decided to remove the plugs and further investigate this coolant loss issue. The bad news is that plugs #1 and #2 are seized and I cannot remove them. Plugs #3 and #4 came out okay.

Has anyone experienced seized spark plugs and is there a resolution for getting them out without removing the head? Also, how can this be prevented in the future?
