Car dying while driving, can't figure it out! 200 1986

I think I've posted about this intermittent problem before but it is becoming more and more pesky. 1986 automatic wagon with over 200,000 miles...has taken to dying at a stop in traffice or dying once I push on accelerator to take off again. So far it starts right back up again. Also tends to surge and hiccup when foot on accelerator steadily. Anyone else had this problem? My throttle body, flame trap, etc. has been cleaned recently...keeps getting gummed up. I had 2 spark plugs fouled (oil fouled which I know isn't a good sign)Fuel pressure just fine so we don't suspect fuel pumps. Even after changing out plugs and cleaning fuel system though it has intermittent problems. Idle is set right for computer. Could it be electrical? HELP please!! Thanks!
