car will not start after wash 200 87

Well I did it again. I ran my car through the car wash and can't get it to start again. My guess is that there was a under body wash nozzle spraying up into the bottom of the car. And to make things worse, I lost the bottom engine cover sometime ago.

All of a sudden I remembered why I always hand wash this car. Is there anyone out there that can refresh my memory on what I need to do to get my car running.

She cranks and cranks, but will not start. It's been two days since the car was washed.

Thanks in advance.
