Headliner removed through rear driver side door. 700 87

Hey board,

I found it impossible to get the headliner out the passenger side front door, without doing serious damage.

It did , however, exit relatively easy through the driver side rear door.

This was done with all seats removed from the car. I sustained damage to headliner at the passenger side , where the sun visor attaches. This damage occured as I attempted to go through the front door.

Im thinking that had I been aiming for the rear door, instead of the front, its possible that the liner would have come out 100% intact.

When I reinstall, I will test this theory.
