Brake light/turn signal problems 700 1990

Have various electrical oddities that possibly are related.

Bulb failure light goes on when either the brakes are applied or the turn signal activated. More importantanly, when multiple light syetems are activated, things go nuts. For example, if the right turn signal is activated when the brakes are applied, the rear parking lights will blink. Not just on one side but two. Also, there is an occasional failure of the temperature gauge and the washer fluid warning light very occasionally comes on. Finally, there is often a delay between turing the key in the ignition and the fuel pump turning on. Sometimes 2 seconds but rarely 2 minutes.

Would appreciate any ideas. So far I have unplugged and examined both rear light harnesses. There was minor burning on one terminal on both sides (the big black wire), which i cleaned up. Today I plan to replace the relevant fuses and bulbs. If that doesnt work (pretty sure it wont). I plan to replace the bulb failure device on the relay block.

Thnaks in advancce for replies.
