cam timing sensor 900 92

my 960 has developed an oil leak from the cam timing sensor. the volvo dealers estimate to fix the problem was 6 hours labour and and a cost of approx. $600.00 . i was told both front and back seals should be replaced.

other shops in my community where not sure the exact amount of work involved. what is the procedure required to correct this problem?

regards, nick
