Rod Bolts? 200 1981

I am building a B21E (non-turbo). I have extensively modified the entire engine. I would like to spin it to 7000rpm, but I am a little afraid of rod bolt failure. I have a great deal of faith in Volvo components, but I also have a lot of time, effort, and money in this engine. Does anyone know where I could purchase some high strength bolts for stock rods? Or, is there a difference in rod bolts in any production engine that I could get from a junkyard that might be stronger? Thanks.
