Odd Electrical Problem? 700 90

Two months ago, my wife and I purchsed a '90 745T with which we are very pleased. My wife ran some errands today in the car. After stopping at Dairy Queen with our two year old, the ABS light came on, the blinkers did not work, along with the power windows. She managed to get home and call me at work. My first reaction was, of course, a fuse. But when I got home and started up the car, everything was fine, along with the fuses. Any ideas on a solution to my quandry?
