real problem is the fitting 200 87

If you have a CIS or L- or K-Jetronic FI system, the real problem is splicing the pressure gauge into the system. There are banjo fittings with longer bolts that work best to patch into the injection log/rail or fuel supply to the fuel distributor (the big thing with four injection lines going to the individual injectors on CIS injection).

You might get an individual fitting from a Snap-On truck guy or try Harbor Freight's website for an injection test kit or adaptor set.

The Schrader-type valve setup is the way to go for GM cars, but won't help you on Volvos (or Saabs or BMW for that matter).
