Wiring diagrams ? 700 1989

Hi !

Does Brick board have any wiring diagram archives ?. I am specifically looking for Ignition wiring

diagram for the 760GLE (1989). I seem to be having this terribly annoying problem of the engine

cutting off in the middle of driving. (no spark). While it is clear to me that the most likely area would

be the ignition circuits, it's baffling........ I had taken the car to the Volvo dealer and they said "short

of replacing parts (and thus accumulating hours and hours of labor charges !) there is no easy way to

identify an intermittent problem like that ........"

The problem is not temp. related, have not been able to identify any sort of a pattern. (does it even

a minute after a cold start, or after driving for hours). The problem sometimes does not manifest

(i.e., engine does not shut off ) for a few days.........

While driving, the engine abruptly cuts off (no stalling gradually or stopping due to fuel starvation),

the dash lights come on. The engine remains crankable always. Sometimes the engine will start right

away, sometimes upto 25-30 cranks to start the engine. The car has 225K miles.

Any help would be grately appreciated !

Kenny.
