sleeve clearances in PRV engine 700 84

I will replace the head gaskets and my Haynes manual specifies ever so slight clearances for the cylinder sleeves above the aluminum block.

Q/ How important is it for the clearances to be correct?

Two sleeves in my engine are flush with the block and the other sleeves have the slight clearances. I would prefer to avoid removing the sleeves pistons. I am planning to drive this car with new gaskets, cams and some new rockers and valves, for three to five years.
