Installing a third seat 200 1986

Hi, I bought a used third seat and my husband and I are installing it in my 240 Wagon. We're having some difficulty figuring out where the seat belts are supposed to be bolted. Also, the seller included this metal piece that has something like 6 bolts on it and a U-shaped thing (that's the technical name I think!).

Anyone have any experience with this?
