Well....with NA volvos the K-cam is pretty much like adding a lion to your engine (good)

But with the turbo cars the k-cam will work, and give you exceptional upper end power, but your lag will go up and since al turbo cars have low compression when not under boost....you will go slower there, but when under boost you will roar.

It depends if you drive this car around in traffic...or you drive it with spirit all the time...

With NA cars the K cam can be used in traffic...with turbo cars it is a lil tougher to coast around in traffic at low speeds and low rpms...(I Don't speak from experience, I am just guessing pretty much what is gonna happen)
